Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain it, then rinse it with cold water to chill it after cooking.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, crab meat, celery, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Toss gently until everything is mixed.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Pour the dressing over the pasta and seafood mixture. Add the chopped dill, then toss until everything is evenly coated.

Place the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so the flavors can combine.

Serve cold with lemon wedges on the side.

Success Tips

Cook the pasta until al dente so it holds up well in the salad and does not become too soft.

Fresh seafood will give the salad the best flavor, but frozen or canned seafood can also work when needed.

For more tang, add extra lemon juice. For a fresher flavor, add a little more dill according to your preference.
