Ingredients:
2 pieces milkfish (bangus), cut into serving portions
1 onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 red chili pepper, sliced
8–10 green chilies or green beans
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 cup water
1 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly fry the milkfish pieces until golden. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pan, sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant and soft.
