Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 325°F (160°C).

Prepare the Pans:
Grease two loaf pans with butter or non-stick spray.

Mash the Filling:
Use a fork to mash the canned apple pie filling until it’s slightly broken down.

Chop the Apple:
Dice the fresh apple into small chunks for added texture.

Beat the Eggs:
Lightly whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.

Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cake mix, self-rising flour, and cinnamon.

Add the Wet Ingredients:
Stir in the mashed pie filling and eggs until fully combined.

Fold in the Apples:
Gently mix in the chopped apple pieces.

Pour into Pans:
Divide the batter evenly between the two loaf pans.

Add the Topping:
Sprinkle sugar and a little extra cinnamon on top of each loaf.

Bake:
Place the pans in the oven and bake for 35–45 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center; if it comes out clean, the bread is ready.

Cool and Serve:
Let the loaves cool in the pans for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
