Rosemary Hair Growth Elixir

INSTRUCTION:

1. Rinse the rosemary sprigs thoroughly.

2. Boil 4 cups of water in a pot, then add the rosemary.

3. Simmer for 10–15 minutes until the water turns light green and aromatic.

4. Allow it to cool completely.

5. Strain the liquid and pour it into a clean spray bottle.

6. (Optional) Add coconut oil and aloe vera gel for extra nourishment, then SERVE:

– **For hair:** Spray the rosemary water onto your scalp and hair roots before bedtime. Massage gently for 2–3 minutes. Leave overnight and rinse in the morning.

– **For tea:** Drink one cup of the cooled rosemary infusion daily to support internal hair health and boost circulation.shake well.NOTE:

Store the rosemary water in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Use nightly for one week to notice visible improvement in hair texture and growth.
