Boosting Hair Growth Naturally with Red Onion, Cloves, and Rosemary

1 medium red onion

6–8 whole cloves

1 sprig of fresh rosemary (or 1 tbsp dried rosemary / 5 drops rosemary essential oil)

1 cup water

Optional: 1 tbsp aloe vera gel or 1 tbsp castor oil for extra nourishment

Preparation Steps:

 

Chop the red onion into small pieces.

In a small pot, add the onion, cloves, and rosemary to 1 cup of water.

Boil for 10–12 minutes, then allow the mixture to cool completely.

Strain the liquid into a clean container.

(Optional) Mix in aloe vera gel or castor oil for added moisturizing and strengthening effects.

Massage the tonic into your scalp, focusing on the roots.

Leave it on for 20–40 minutes.

2. Red Onion & Clove Juice

Ingredients:

 

1 medium red onion

5–6 cloves

How to prepare:

 

Peel and chop the onion into small pieces.

How to use:
