Instructions
1. Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
Wash and dry the cauliflower florets.
Place them in a large bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and mix.
2. Coat the Cauliflower
In a separate bowl, mix:
Parmesan
Almond flour
Garlic powder
Paprika
Salt & pepper
Add the mixture into the cauliflower bowl and toss until every piece is well coated.
3. Bake
Spread the coated florets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
4. Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
5. Serve
Serve the crispy cauliflower hot with the dipping sauce on the side.
