1. Wash the celery stalks well.
2. Cut them into pieces and place them in the blender.
3. Add the water and, if desired, the juice of half a lemon.
4. Blend until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
5. Strain if you prefer a lighter texture.
It is recommended to take 1 glass on an empty stomach, 3–4 times a week to support liver health.
