Ingredients:
– 1 head of broccoli, divided into florets 🥦
– 1 red pepper, diced 🌶️
– 1 yellow pepper, diced 🌶️
– 1 orange pepper, diced 🌶️
– 1 carrot, grated 🥕
– 1 zucchini, sliced 🥒
– 2.5 dl cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
– 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped 🧄
– 2.5 dl light cheese (e.g. mozzarella or cottage cheese) 🧀
– 2.5 dl low-fat milk 🥛
– 2 eggs 🥚🥚
– Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
– 1 tsp dried basil 🌿
– 1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
