⅓ cup cookie butter, melted (66g)
Dough:
4¼ cups all-purpose flour (550g), plus up to ½ cup extra as needed
2 packets instant dry yeast (4½ tsp / 14g)
1 tsp fine salt (6g)
1 cup whole milk (240ml)
½ cup unsalted butter, room temp (113g)
½ cup granulated sugar (100g)
2 large eggs, room temp (112g)
Frosting:
½ cup unsalted butter, room temp (113g)
2 tsp vanilla extract or paste (8ml)
¼ tsp fine salt (1g)
1½ cups powdered sugar (190g)
3 Tbsp heavy cream, room temp (45ml)
¼ cup cookie butter, melted (50g)
½ cup chopped Biscoff cookies (50g), for topping
