(19L) chicken broth<\/p>\n<p>2 Bay leaves<\/p>\n<p>1 Teaspoon dried thyme<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd Teaspoon dried oregano<\/p>\n<p>16 oz. Alternatively, you can make shredded chicken from scratch.<br \/>\nOnce the chicken is shredded, peel the carrots, and cut them into \u00bc inch thick circles.<br \/>\nThen, trim the tops and ends off of the celery, and cut them into \u00bd inch thick u shaped pieces.<br \/>\nRemove the skins from the onions, cut off the ends, and dice them into small pieces.<br \/>\nAdd all of those veggies to a large bowl, and set them aside.<br \/>\nNext, remove the skin from the garlic, mince it, add it to a small bowl, and set it aside.<br \/>\nNow, strain the noodles in a sieve, and wash them under hot water. By the way, you\u2019ll want to add a little salt \u2013 around \u00bd a tablespoon \u2013 to your noodles as you\u2019re washing\/straining them. Then, when you\u2019ve thoroughly rinsed them, you can set them aside.<br \/>\nNow, in a large stockpot, add the olive oil, and heat it over medium-high heat until it\u2019s hot.<br \/>\nThen, add the celery, onions, and carrot to the pot.
