Add the ginger and garlic, and saut\u00e9 until fragrant.<\/p>\n<p>Add the pork belly chunks to the pot, and brown them on all sides for about 5-7 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and rice wine. Stir well to coat the pork evenly.<\/p>\n<p>Add the water or chicken broth and star anise (if using).
