Cook the Potatoes<br \/>\nPlace the cubed potatoes in a large pot and cover with water.<\/p>\n<p>Add a pinch of salt.<\/p>\n<p>Bring to a boil and cook for 10\u201312 minutes, or until tender but not mushy.<\/p>\n<p>Drain and let them cool slightly.<\/p>\n<p>2. Prepare the Dressing<br \/>\nIn a bowl, mix together:<\/p>\n<p>mayonnaise<\/p>\n<p>mustard<\/p>\n<p>chopped boiled eggs<\/p>\n<p>onion<\/p>\n<p>pickles or relish<\/p>\n<p>vinegar<\/p>\n<p>salt and pepper<\/p>\n<p>Adjust seasoning to taste.<\/p>\n<p>3.
