Prepare the Cauliflower<br \/>\nPreheat your oven to 220\u00b0C (425\u00b0F).<\/p>\n<p>Wash and dry the cauliflower florets.<\/p>\n<p>Place them in a large bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Drizzle with olive oil and mix.<\/p>\n<p>2. Coat the Cauliflower<br \/>\nIn a separate bowl, mix:<\/p>\n<p>Parmesan<\/p>\n<p>Almond flour<\/p>\n<p>Garlic powder<\/p>\n<p>Paprika<\/p>\n<p>Salt &amp; pepper<\/p>\n<p>Add the mixture into the cauliflower bowl and toss until every piece is well coated.<\/p>\n<p>3. Bake<br \/>\nSpread the coated florets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.<\/p>\n<p>Bake for 20\u201325 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.<\/p>\n<p>4. Make the Sauce<br \/>\nIn a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>5.
