{"id":18090,"date":"2026-04-12T18:14:16","date_gmt":"2026-04-12T18:14:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/quick--recipes.milaf.ma\/?p=18090"},"modified":"2026-04-12T18:14:16","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T18:14:16","slug":"chinese-pepper-steak-with-onions-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/quick--recipes.milaf.ma\/index.php\/2026\/04\/12\/chinese-pepper-steak-with-onions-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Chinese pepper steak with onions! *"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b01.5 lb beef strips (I used sliced, round steaks cut into strips)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b01 green pepper, cutting into thick slices<\/p>\n<p>\u00b01 red bell pepper, cut into thick slices<\/p>\n<p>\u00b01\/2 thick sliced onion<\/p>\n<p>\u00b01\/4 tsp garlic powder<\/p>\n<p>\u00b01 1\/2 cup beef broth<\/p>\n<p>\u00b01\/4 tsp ground ginger<\/p>\n<p>\u00b03 tablespoons soy sauce<\/p>\n<p>\u00b01\/4 tsp black pepper<\/p>\n<p>\u00b02 tsp brown sugar<\/p>\n<p>\u00b01 tablespoon cornstarch<\/p>\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n<p>Place the beef, peppers and onions in an electric pressure cooker.<\/p>\n<p>Add the season, brown sugar and soy sauce to the beef\/peppers.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the beef stock into the instant pot.<!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p>Add the lid and make sure it is tightly closed. Set the pressure to high for 15 min.<\/p>\n<p>When you are done for a quick release (or if you want the steak to fall apart, make a natural release)<\/p>\n<p>Remove the cover and press the Cancel button. Then switch the pressure cooker to Blown mode.<\/p>\n<p>In a small separate bowl, combine 1\/4 cup cold water with a tablespoon of cornstarch together.
