Mix by hand or with an electric mixer until smooth.<br \/>\nAdd the sifted cornstarch and stir gently to prevent lumps.<br \/>\nLine a 18-20 cm (7-8 inch) baking pan with lightly greased or damp parchment paper to ensure good adhesion.<br \/>\nPour the batter into the pan and smooth the surface with a spatula.<br \/>\nBake in a preheated oven at 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F) for about 50 minutes, until the outside is lightly golden.
